Job Description

Candidate must be

Highly motivated to augment our aggressive growth plan.
Good knowledge and experience in Agriculture & organic farming.
Should possess good communication skills with an ability to initiate, acquire and build long-term.
Should be a good team player with multitasking abilities.

Roles and responsibilities

Create awareness of organic farming.
Search and contact new farmers for Organic farming in territory.
To conduct farmer training program of concerned project.
To supervise the farmers of concerned project.
Supervise crops from time to time.
Supervise harvesting and proper dispatches as per company s production schedule and maintain liaison for the farmers and purchase directly from them.
To implement the Internal Controls for organic production.
To maintain proper documents/records.
To submit the project data with compiled to higher authorities.
Random check of the internal inspections.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
