We are looking for 5+ years experience consultant (Talent team member) who would be part of Application Transformation and Management competency/service line team. Primary responsibility is to work closely with the vertical team / account managers / vertical / account PMO team to understand the accounts, strategy and way forward plan. We prefer consultant who comes with technology background in their earlier years and can understand/articulate technically with the stakeholders. Ability to understand on software terminology or working exposure to software development / new skill set coming in industry and getting used within competency unit. Good understanding on process and ability to follow the same. Analytical, convincing skills.
Application Transformation and Management competency in Hexaware is responsible for fulfilment of resource requirements, owning consultants that are deployed in various customer accounts in terms of their career progression, up skill and cross skill initiatives, rotations based on their aspirations, etc.
The consultant is expected to understand every nuances of the customer accounts and work with the stakeholders to derive a proactive sourcing strategy rather than staffing it in a reactive manner. The Consultant will work with various internal units like training, hiring, talent and competency to ensure the resource requirements are taken care well ahead of time. They will also serve at the single point of contact for the accounts / vertical discussion. They are expected to bring in additional or necessary support to salvage the situation.
Some of the key activities would be publishing the 30-60-90 days plan, monthly dashboards on fulfilment, training, rotations, career aspiration counseling for the consultants, etc. Should be able to working on Excel and PPTs to provide the reports.
The goals for the consultant, would be both quantitative and qualitative measures. Happiness Index from the account executives would be the key measurable outcome in addition to the other quantitative goals like fulfilment ratio, on time deployment, ratio of internal fulfilment etc.
