Ø Design Strategies focused on the profitable retailing of Audi Genuine Accessories (AGA) for the dealership.
Ø Coordinating departmental efforts (new car sales, used cars, aftersales) regarding AGA from Sales, ordering, performance management, monitoring and reporting standpoint
Ø Proactively identifying customer needs and offering innovative solutions and creating an emotional connect for long term AGA demand.
Ø Ensuring the offer of AGA on an ongoing basis in line with identified customer needs
Ø Tracking stock availability & monitoring the AGA stock ordering process to ensure the dealership is always adequately stocked
Ø Coordinating AGA selling, stocking and ordering activities across the different departments (New car, Used car & Aftersales)
Ø Conducting financial analyses of the dealer’s AGA portfolio based on set purchase and retail AGA targets
Ø Developing a training schedule for the dealership’s client facing staff based on identified needs
Ø Monitoring & reporting AGA performance to the DP on a weekly- and monthly-basis, including the sharing of this information with the NSC
Ø Communicating new AGA product launches and releases to the different dealer departments
Ø Developing AGA sales strategies for ageing stock
Ø Overseeing the dealership’s AGA marketing & promotion campaigns, including social media
Ø Supporting client facing staff from an AGA product knowledge and sales process perspective
