The role is a part of the Quality checking and control team of Corporate KYC. The role holder is expected to perform end to end quality check on the KYC profiles to ensure that the profiles are of top notch quality.
What will you be doing?
Takes a proactive role in the management and ownership of QC work queues, ensuring that there are no backlogs
QC workflow – proactive management of weekly QC workflow ensuring prioritisation of urgent cases, repairs and ensuring work flow tools are updated
Provide clear and concise feedback to KYC managers when raising a QC repairs to ensure that cases are closed in a timely fashion
Be a KYC expert and share this knowledge with the wider KYC community
Ensure timely provision of personal daily productivity MI to MI co-ordinator and timely query status updates, without exception. Interact with RD’s, RSM’s, KYC heads and KYC managers on an ongoing basis
What we’re looking for:
In depth knowledge of Global KYC policies and procedures
End to End KYC Knowledge and Experience.
Familiar with Allegations, Money Laundering, Regulatory Infraction etc
Quick adapting to KYC program requirements
Skills that will help you in the role:
Excellent communication skills: must interact professionally with Client Servicing Managers and internal stakeholders via phone or email.
Excellent written and verbal English language skills required
Perform Risk control and Self-Assessment checks
Good Numerical Skills and positive attitude
