Job Overview

This position will be responsible to develop and update the training program for all the stake holders requiring AvSec trainings and conduct the Avsec trainings across network with effectiveness as evidenced by enhanced job knowledge and skill of the operational workforce

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all matter pertaining to the training of security personnel
• Develop, implement, and maintain CASTP of TATA SIA Airlines Limited
• Conduct need analysis and subsequently develop and update training program
• Preparation and circulation of the training calendar
• Successful execution of in-service security training to security department personnel, cabin crew & pilots as per program
• Quarterly report submission of in-service security training
• Maintenance of training record and necessary documents as per requirements of BCAS
• Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Security Officer
• Develop, monitor & implement annual ASTI Surveillance Programs & certification
• Oversee as well as conduct routine training, certification & surveillance as per National Civil Aviation Security Training Program issued by Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India)
• Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training need analysis based on project production processes, changes and other factors
