Roles & Responsibilities
- Working as Back office: for Oman.
- Office is at India- Chennai – Manapakkam
- Administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable, resolve AP and AR problems with vendors and customers
- Working Knowledge in Zoho Books
- preparation of Quotations and Invoices
- collect, categorize, calculate, verify, and enter data to maintain accurate records
- GL entries and month end close process * Salary preparing *
- Petty Cash handling
- Reporting to the management (Expenses, Purchases, Sales, final accounts, etc.)
- Assisting with all kinds of company documents renewals, Staff visa issuing, renewal and maintaining staff documents
- Day Summery preparing
- General admin work
