Job Description

Good cordination with banks and smoothly handelling all bank related quiries.

GST Application, GSTMonthly Return Filling GST -1 & GST -3B & GST Payment.
Liaising with auditors for finalization of accounts and timely completion of the Audit.
Scrutiny of ledgers and data transferred by branches every month.
Preparing the bank and inter branches reconciliation statement.
Filing TDS Returns and timely issuing of Form 16.
Preparing monthly MIS report for the management.
Monthly MIS Reporting 
Handling Subsidiary Company Other activities
Preparing details of income tax cases during assessment.
Handling creditors and debtors account and regular follow ups for payments on time-to-time basis
Preparation of MIS reports for seniors.
Preparation  of working for Balance sheet , Profit & Loss Account.
Coordinating with Management when and if required.
To coordinate with management in their absence and complete the work smoothly.

Preparation of Cheques and accounting entries on Day to Day Basis.
