Job Description

We are looking for Assistant Manager Accounts, to join our rapidly growing team. You will report to the Senior Manager - Finance and be responsible for managing the company’s trading book. We are a technology driven firm.   

Roles & Responsibility.

 Looking into the daily accounting activities which include bank accounts statement and ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.  

Review general ledger on daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.  

Ensure timely collection from distributors and handling queries related to accounts  

Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Assist in preparation of working for timely closure of Audits Working knowledge of online portal like E-way bill, E-Invoices  

Working knowledge of Income Tax, ITR Working in Tally ERP accounting software. 

Key Requirements: 

Graduate, financially oriented qualification of a B Com or M Com or Semi Qualified CA / CS

At least 3+ years of working experience in accounting and finance.  

Ability to work independently, with little supervision.  

Excellent numeracy skills, communication skills.

Ability to work with a high level of accuracy within tight deadlines.
