Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To maintain the entire CBC Budget and plan for the releases of the payment effectively thus ensuring campaigns are executed on time and media relations are maintained. Additionally help team with administration, logistics and provide IT support.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES | Key Areas of Accountability

• Finance management of Corporate Brand Custodian
• Handle payments for CBC, Strategic Communications, Sports, Studio & Post production teams
• Annual budget Preparation, Budget Analysis with F&A Team
• Managing company wise budget for effective release
• Executing vendor payments
• GST/MSME
• Forex payments
• Vendor account reconciliation
• Providing support to tax team for smooth clearance of payments
• Maintaining data of memberships - CII, FICCI etc.
• Guest management
• Executing team travel request on company portal
• Maintaining positive, negative news clippings for Adani group and its businesses
• Managing media
• Facilitating team withIT & Telecom dept. Support
