Job Description

1. Experience in General ledger process
2. Well versed in AR and AP accounting / process.
3. Required to have good knowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and Loss Account, Balance sheet and cash flow statement
4. Understanding of key areas about the finalization of accounts and the complete cycle of R2R.
5. Experience in handling month end activities along with preparation of all the Balance sheet account schedule
6. Books of closure, Month end activities, accruals, prepaid, Fixed assets, deferrals etc.
7. Bank & Balance sheet reconciliation process, Journal entries
8. Should manage multiple clients
9. Experience in US accounting process should be an added advantage
10. Good knowledge and ability to work on different accounting applications and other applications used by VFP like Quick books, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Bill.com
11. Strong analytical skills and should be comfortable working in excel and other reporting tools.
12. Should demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking to meet deadlines
13. Good quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills
