The Finance team is the backbone of Jellysmack. We keep everything together through effective accounting, payroll, and financial controlling. Your Mission:

• Assist the International Accounting Manager, and support the international group
• Record invoices in a timely manner with accuracy and consistency
• Ensure international employee expenses and suppliers invoices are paid on time
• Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, P&L, and balance sheet)
• Record monthly payroll entries
• Assist the IAM to ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of various legal, financial, and tax registrations
• Prepare periodic tax returns with local tax advisors, reconcile tax accounts
• Document and improve processes and internal controls
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize

A little about you:

• Fluency in Hindi and English is required. French is a plus, but not required
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in an international environment
• 2 years of public accounting experience (and/or including Big 4 public accounting) would be a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment
• Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to collaborate
• Experience working with NetSuite would be a plus
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
