Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process
. Prepare & Review US tax returns - Individual, Trust & Business tax returns
. Ability to handle High Net worth Clients and complex Business tax returns
. Support the preparers with all tax technical queries
. Assist and work in other tax and financial projects
. Ready to learn new tax applications/software's
. Follow the Client procedures diligently
. Complete tasks on time and adhere to the expected quality standards
. Co-ordinate with subordinates and managers to complete the allocated task on daily basis.
Reporting
. Report to work on time
. Keep the Operation Lead informed of status of work in progress at the end of the day
. Ensure adherence to Team Manager's expectations at work.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
. B.Com qualification with an aggregate marks of 60%and above
. M.Com/M.B.A [Finance]/CA Inter will be an added advantage
. 5+ Years experience in US Tax return preparation is preferable
. Fluency in English, Good communication skills
. Working knowledge in MS-Excel
