Job Description

We have Opening for Direct Taxation Executive 

Job Description:

1. Preparation of Tax Audit,  Income Tax Returns and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability of clauses, sections etc. and information through effective co-ordination with various functions

2. TDS applicability  and current TDS Rate to be applicbale on particular Transaction or not .

3. Prepare data and coordinate with HO to ensure timely and accurate CBC and master file compliances

 4. Undertaking  of detailed study of case history, legal research on issued involved and preparation of appeals/submissions to be submitted before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP and ITAT.

5. Assisting the seniors for representation of cases before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP and ITAT.

6. Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by Indian entities after analyzing treaty benefits.

7. Analysis of the tax implications of the certain incentives given to employees and advising on the tax effective structure for employees on a need basis

Mini Qualification: Graduate/ CA Semi Qualified / MBA Finance

Skills: MS Access, Advance Excel SAP, Pivot, If.

Experience: 1-5 Yrs

Location: Mumbai, Navi mumbai, Thane
