Organizing Transport facility for employees, Routing, tracking of all the vehicles Coordinating and building rapport with the Vendors and Suppliers Manage Housekeeping Security Supervising,Manage Catering facilities Travel arrangement for Staff Domestic , International, Hotel Bookings Shift Allotment for night shift employees Stationary Procurement and monitoring Printing documents Setting up new branch offices at different cities as per company s requirement. Maintaining AMC s for all office assets Coordinating with landlords for maintenance of the office Building Organizing company outings for employee Liasioning with various Government Department and Contractors To head a team of workmen to get the necessary work done with high efficiency in the field of

Facility Management
Handling day to day operations Procuring Quotations from the new vendors negotiating for the prices Follow ups with finance department for vendor payments Who can apply: Native of Coimbatore and preferably from IT/ITES/BPO/KPO companies
