Roles and Responsibilities
1. Upkeep Of Office Administrative Facilities And Ensure Availability Of Daily Miscellaneous Requirements To Provide Harmonious Work Culture To Employees.
2. Acting As Info-Hub For Providing Administration Related Information And Supervising Administrative Activities Like General Admin, Verification Of Stationery Stock, Petty Cash, Courier, Florist, Pest Control, Housekeeping, Etc.
3. Specialization In Handling Back Office Operations, Inter-Office Correspondence, Confidential Mails, Quotations, Monthly Billing, Cheques, Etc.
4. Arranging Accommodation For Employees By Co-Ordination With Various Branch Offices And To Continuously Improve The Quality Of Services
5. Office Maintenance
6. Catering Management.
7. Transportation Arrangements.
8. Accommodation Booking
9. Travel Ticket Booking
10. Stationery And Other Purchase Part Handling
11. Housekeeping Day To Day Role And Functions Tracking.
12. Responsible For End To End Office Administration Activities
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 yrs of exp in admin role.
