Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

Qualifications & Competencies required for the role:

    • To maintain Entity data within GEMS by onboarding new Entities, updating amendments, static data updates, within specified timelines.
    • To ensure that all static / reference data is accurately maintained on the system by performing quality checks
    • Publish daily/weekly/monthly metrics and KPIs to PRD Senior Management
    • Ensuring all SOP documents are up to date and changes if any incorporated in a timely manner
    • Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed & supporting documentation validated prior to action
    • Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management in the loop
    • Liaising and partnering with requestors / business partners in a prompt and effective manner.
    • Data analysis / research and remediation function as per requirements.
    • Maintain MIS report as required.
    • Maintain accurate volumes / productivity
    • Work on various recon reports (GEMS vs PC) (RMS vs GEMS)/Exception reports
    • SME for business process to facilitate BAU team
    • Support Operations in processing requests when required
    • Ensure operational practices are in compliance with relevant risk standards, policies and regulations to maintain an effective control environment.
    • Work on various projects to ensure effective internal reference data is maintained in not only GEMS the SOR but also the downstream systems like Party Central
    • Effectively listen to issues and assess the underlying client need in order to provide a resolution in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Collaborate with RDT PRD, PRD Operations, Product Owners and Change Management teams for addressing/resolving issues.
    • Bachelor s degree 1 -7 years relevant experience in financial services organization
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Experience with MS Excel, MS SharePoint, Business Objects
    • Good analytical skills
    • Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Experience of managing a team
    • Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
    • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Must be a great team player with a high degree of flexibility, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
    • Experience and Knowledge of reference data is a plus
    • Flexible to work in any shifts
