TEAM LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proven experience as call center manager or similar position with

• min 2+ years Experience in customer service / telesales is required
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service Metrics
• Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures

• Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, costbenefit etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software Programs
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem solving Ability
• Positive and patient
• High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
• Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus

Work Days - Monday to Saturday(Sunday Off).

Timings - 10:30AM - 10:30PM(Any 9 hours - NO NIGHT SHIFTS).

Candidate should possess good communication in English + (Hindi added advantage).
Candidate should be Graduate with having minimum 2 years of BPO Experience (BPO Sector/ Call Center- Same Designation)- MANDATORY

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
