The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Drive business solutions for complex & multi-domain business problems, contribute effectively towards solutions in ambiguous environments, drive impact assessment & prioritization
- Guide on the effective solution design in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements and overall architecture
- Contribute to the effective management of risks and issues associated with solution designs
Business
Effectively engage senior stakeholders across geographies and functions/streams business users, technology, finance, data, etc
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor ideas to required audience and stakeholders
- Possess a driven, can-do attitude and proactive in stakeholder engagement
- Build strong and effective relationships with the various technology and business counterparts
- Proven experience in co-ordination of multiple dependencies and stakeholders in complex, large scale deployment environments
Processes
Good knowledge of Wholesale Banking products
- Process and operational expertise with a keen sense of commercial awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions
- Subject matter expertise & thought leadership in Wholesale banking onboarding, KYC, static data and related processes across Client Lifecycle Design & Management
- Knowledge of the global/regional regulatory environment / ongoing developments and it&rsquos implication on the onboarding & client lifecycle related activities will be an added advantage
- Specialist knowledge of industry / consulting practices
People and Talent
Manage a team of 1 to 3 analysts and ensure business value realization
- Identify training needs of the team and provide guidance in closing knowledge gaps
- Inspire, motivate and provide effective feedbacks to team members
Risk Management
Oversee & track implementation timelines, resolve impediments / blockers, ensure change communication & transition
- Very good understanding of change management and project management
- Keeping project team well informed of the design and execution dependencies within the programme and outside the programme
- Experience in tools like JIRA and confluence will be advantageous
- Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistances
Governance
- Oversee & track implementation timelines, resolve impediments / blockers, ensure change communication & transition for a well managed Process Roll Out.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
