We are looking to Hire Operation Incharge for Kochi Location.
Coordination with Branch Incharge/Asst. Manager in their regions for monitoring on time pick up & delivery Coordination with client sites for any issues related to operations. Check documentation (declaration, Invoice, Packaging list, e-waybill) with client sites if provided with the shipment. To monitor with branches if real time updates on pick up & delivery status are provided. Provide training to staff in his region whenever required. Prepare daily MIS reports, CAPA in case of service failures. Keeping track of packaging inventory at all location branches in their regions & re order accordingly. Coordinate with transporters/airlines/co-loaders to dispatch/collect daily shipments, packaging materials etc. Monitor & follow up if petty cash, voucher entries are done in system on time. Ensure branches are updating POD, manifest, registering pickups in the system on a daily basis.
