 Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma or programs related to engineering/automobile/automotive\r\n

 5 years and above in leading a sales team preferably in the automobile/automotive industry\r\n

 Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies\r\n

 Experience in customer relationship management\r\n

 Experience managing and directing a sales team\r\n

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills\r\n

 Dedication to providing great customer service\r\n

 Ability to lead a sales team\r\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n

 Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls\r\n

 Meeting planned sales goals\r\n

 Setting individual sales targets with the sales team\r\n

 Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary\r\n

 Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team\r\n

 Create lead generation for the sales team\r\n

 Train and develop the sales team as necessary\r\n

 Promoting the company and products\r\n

 Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products\r\n

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent\r\n

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month\r\n
