Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan the region business in Channel, ISP and Enterprise Verticals.
- Deliver against assigned sales, receivables, and product mix targets for the region.
- Understand the target companies business needs, develop proposals, and accurately position the company’s products at the executive level.
- Negotiations and order closures
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Company’s product offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Develop and implement best practices in their market to maximize lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates across customer segments.
- Develop new and unique sales tactics, to build a good sale pipeline.
- Deal with Product Management people to know more details, provide market details for their use every quarter. Collaborate with them to provide input on new product development and Market knowledge.
- Manage and close sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account, and opportunity planning. Drive direct sales via cold calling, in person sales calls and presentations.
- Establish and maintain key account and channel partner relationships
- Work with Govt Departments for opportunities
- Work on tender responses to various customers requirements
- Reaching and exceedingly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Ready to travel as travel would be required.
- A driver's license and two/four wheeler a must.
Education: B.E. (Electronics / ETC preferred) /BSc or Diploma in E&C or ETC/or equivalent
Language Requirements: Good command of English language, oral and written. Command over the local Language (Tamil & Hindi) is a plus
Products Handled: Active & Passive Product Range in Access Equipments (EPON/GPON/Wi-Fi, Switching), ISP Solutions, Enterprise Voice & Data and Surveillance Solutions
