Job Description

Be responsible for managing Day to day maintenance of the assigned stores.

Implement ongoing maintenance plan of the company, achieve TAT, resolution time.

Keeping to budgets.

Preparing PM Schedules and its execution.

Co-ordination with operation and other support Dept.

Handling Breakdown Services for all Equipment installed at stores including Clinic equipment, HVAC, Generator, Electrical system & MEP.

Ensure Proper Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are followed and set repair and service Expectations within the teams.

Visiting store regularly to identify problems and thereby provide necessary resolution.

Follow up for all vendor issue and trying to close the issues on provided SLA.

Ensuring maintenance Budget is adhered to & where required do monthly reporting.

Inspecting Electrical bills of Store and identify if any issues.
