Job Description

1. Perform verification and reconciliation.
   
2. Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature.
3. Process, verify and reconcile input documentation.
4. Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation, and data.
5. Reconcile and rectify customer accounts.
6. Maintain regular contacts with the internal team.
7. Ensure follow-up action as and when necessary.
8. Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all the activities.

Shift Timings:

1. 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM
   
2. 3.30 PM - 12:30 AM

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Graduates/Postgraduates with a minimum of 2 years exp.
   
2. Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records.
3. Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting.
4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English)
5. Ability to identify errors and proactively liaise with the team to resolve the issue.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Appropriate handling of sensitive information
8. Ability to work to deadlines.
9. High level of attention to detail. Flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
10. Team player with the ability to multitask.
11. Ability to quickly adapt to changes
12. Strong organizational skills
13. Self-motivated
