Job Description
Designing and building mobile applications for the Android platform
Good exposure to writing code in Java and Kotlin, XML, and JavaScript.
Experience in MVVM or MVC
Knowledge with Job scheduler and Worker Manger, RX java
Familiarity with RESTful APIs (Retrofit) to connect Android applications to back-end services
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Have good knowledge of Bitmap Factory
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git (Git lab), and code reviewing skills.
Work closely with key business partners during the entire life cycle of the project.
Should be identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
Able to multi-task and adapt quickly to agile, aggressive schedules
Responsible for reviewing the implementation of Android technologies to ensure they meet standards and guidelines provided by Android as well as the business's technical standards
Fixing application bugs before final release & publishing application on Play Store.
Responsible for evaluating new technologies to be implemented on Android apps
