As an Outbound Sales Executive your responsibility is to generate qualified leads for SpeedHire through Cold Calling, Emailing, and Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media.
Schedule meetings (appointment setting) with key decision makers for the sales team.
Support Sales Team with pre qualified leads to achieve monthly/ quarterly assigned sales quota.
Conduct research on prospect accounts and build rapport with prospects through various channels in an effort to understand where the prospect is in the buying cycle
Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets
Achieve monthly/ quarterly new logo addition targets as per the agreed plan with business
Accurate and detailed update of the CRM system with all contact data.
Positively promote the Company, its mission and core values.
Educate IT companies on the USP of SpeedHire and platform utility for assessing tech talent
