Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Work Location: Bangalore & Karnataka.

Industry: Manufacturing.

Experience: 1-3 Years.

Salary (CTC): 18 -20K / Month.

Gender:  Male

Job Overview:

 As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your designated area.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

·         Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.

·         Regularly analyse sales data to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

 Client Relationship Management:

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·         Understand client needs and provide customised solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

·         Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Market Research:

·         Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

·         Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.

·         Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.

Team Collaboration:

·         Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximise sales opportunities.

·         Provide support and guidance to sales representatives within the area.

·         Reporting:

·         Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.

·         Present findings and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

·         Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:

·         Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

·         Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

·         Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
