Overview:
As an Area Sales
Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your
designated area.
You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales
strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving
business growth.

Target Achievement:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
to meet or exceed sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities
within the assigned area.

Regularly analyse sales data to assess performance
and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing and potential clients.
·
Understand client needs and provide customised
solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
·
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely
and effective manner.
Market
Research:
·
Stay informed about market trends, competitor
activities, and industry developments.
·
Conduct regular market research to identify new
opportunities and potential challenges.
·
Provide feedback to the management team on market
dynamics and customer preferences.
Team
Collaboration:
·
Collaborate with internal teams, including
marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximise sales
opportunities.
·
Provide support and guidance to sales
representatives within the area.
·
Reporting:
·
Prepare and submit regular sales reports,
detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.
·
Present findings and recommendations to the
management team.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, or a related field.
·
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of
meeting or exceeding targets.
·
Strong understanding of the local market and
industry trends.
·
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
·
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite.
