This position is a first line sales function requiring internal and external customer interaction, handling customers for business prospects, generating enquiries, quoting, negotiating and converting into orders, follow up for sales order execution, collections and closing of all commercial activities.
Costing, cost analysis and feasibility study for new enquiry from customers.
Timely submission of quotation to customer after thorough feasibility study, analyzing all aspects of the RFQ and product, after approval from management.
Obtaining price corrections with all OEMs and Tier 1 customers on a defined frequency as per metal price fluctuation, deemed by the Management.
New Product Development to customers, coordinating with various cross functional teams in ensuring timely delivery of NPD samples to customers and closely working with the customer towards successful completion of trials and commencement of serial production.
Managing relationship with Clients: Responsible for building strong relationship with OEMs. Preparing database of customers and following up on regular basis, tracking industry trends, Customer growth plan, competitors strategy & activities etc., to focus on key growth areas.
