Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in any Life/General Insurance company.
Experience in the Agency channel will be preferred. People working as Life Insurance agents/advisors with successful track records are welcome.
Candidates having experience in the automobile, and real estate industry can also apply.
KRA: Selected candidates have to identify & recruit a team of capable Insurance Managers(part-time employees on salary).
Archive monthly & annual goal sheet targets on Premium collected, recruitment & activation.
