Job Description

CavinKare has an urgent opening for \"Assistant Manager-Production\" for its food & Snacks division location Kanchipuram.Qualification Required: - Only B tech or M.Sc Dairy Technology need to Apply.

• Deals with scheduling/planning of all production staff.

• Able to troubleshoot product issues and minimize product stoppage.

• Ensures production team is meeting standards of conduct and gives discipline as needed.

• Responsible for making sure products are legally produce.

• Coordinates with other Management to establish quality, product standards along with cost controls.

• Directs & plans production while establishing priorities to make the plant as efficient and cost effective as possible.

• Analyzes production to determine causes of nonconformity and put in place solutions.

• Implements operations procedures & methods.

• Responsible for training/hiring/interviewing and performance reviews. While addressing problems and complaints with a solution.

• Monitoring of Process & Produce Quality of All Products.

• Effective utilization of Manpower & Energy.

• Maintain Safety, Cleanliness, and Hygiene Conditions.

• Implementation of SOPs and documentation as per ISO Norms.

• Adherence of CCP, Minimization of Operational losses & leakages.

• Monitoring Quality Packing, Storage & Preservation of Produced Products on time.

• Monitoring Consumption of Consumables, Raw Materials & Packing Materials.

• Enhance Skills levels of Team members by organizing Intensive Training.

• Regular updation of Production Module in SAP and Generate reports.

• Daily Raw Materials & Packing Materials physicals stocks monitoring & verification

• Achieve the set target of CPL & OEE.

• Ensure a set mass balance target of each stages are achieved intern overall mass balance.
