Job Description

Shall be responsible for Production Operations in Chicken Processing Plant. Shall co-ordinate with Marketing team on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly orders and organize Production Plans. Shall co-ordinate with Workers and Machine maintenance teams to fulfill Orders within scheduled time. Shall understand Food-Safety parameters that are Critical To Quality and comply with all Food-Safety policies of Company. Shall execute tasks in accordance with Production and Quality Management Systems implementation.Desired Candidate Profile: Education: B.E./M.E Production or Industrial Engineering or B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Process Engineering, Food Plant Operations & ManagementExperience: 7-10 years in Production/Operations role (FMCG sector preferred).Skills: Production Operations Management, TPM/TQM/Lean/Six Sigma, Shop floor level execution, Team management.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
