Job in Mumbai City for Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Your area of work to begin with will be preparing Purchase Orders for projects / Services / Warranty related works, for all branches across India
• Checking of approved Indents and sending the enquiries to at least 3 vendors for their offer. Entering the same in SAP
• Preparing comparison quote statements and report the same to your senior, Preparing PO on selected Vendor based on price, quality, lead time etc and approvals. And sending the approved SAP generated PO to the selected vendor with one copy to Accounts / commercial Deptt
• Regular Follow up with Vendor for timely delivery of the material at branch or at sites as required
• Co-ordinating with Transporter for tracking the material in transit and timely delivery
• Providing proper documents to stores for preparing GRN etc.
• Checking the vendor bills for all aspects of PO and after necessary entry forwarding the same to Accounts for further process
• Maintaining project wise / service site wise material consumption statements (job costing)
• Maintaining the Master Part list and keep it up to date
• Preparing MIS as required by Management and suggesting improvements.
• Any other assignment given by the company from time to time
