We are hiring for the Position - Assistant Manager - Supply ChainLocation - Lower Parel, MumbaiExperience required - 7-10 yearsQualification - Graduate or Post Graduate in Materials/ Logistics/ Operations/ SCMIndustry - Food & Beverages / FMCGCTC - Maximum up to 8L to 10L PA.Job Responsibilities: 7-10 years work experience in areas of inventory control and planning , warehouse management and last mile delivery
Demand Forecast and Inventory planning for products for spoke warehouses
MIS and Analytics around SCM function
Good understanding of FSSAI , Legal Metrology , Shop & Establishment , Trade Licenses and other relevant regulations concerning food / fmcg operations
ERP Hygiene and various other checks and controls for logistics function
Logistics Spend Management
Drawing and implementation of logistics policies and new initiatives
Providing innovative solutions for SCM function
Capacity and Network planning as per long term business plans
Responsible for motivating and developing team members for effectively delivering their responsibilities.
Enable team members to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting clear KRAs and provide inputs for development.
Experience around ISO 22000:2018
Skills required: Any graduate with Post Graduation in Materials/ Logistics/ Operations/ SCM with 7+ years of relevant experience in Food / FMCG
Experience in ERP / SAP implementation
