Job Description

Social Media

• Good with social media platforms like Reddit, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Understanding active trends on social media and how to tap into trends and identify potential users.
• Interacting with potential users and converting them to actual users, aiding them with download, install and usage.
• Running social media ad campaigns.
• Running coverage on ad campaigns in terms of reach, engagement etc.

Marketing

• Designing and running marketing campaigns for promotion of the app.
• Boosting app downloads through engagement and events
• Strategizing and creating content that goes into online and offline marketing.
• Email campaigns that target specific users and advertising channels talking about the app.

Digital Marketing

• Familiar with Digital Marketing tools like AdMob, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Ads.
• Proficient in SEO
• Understands user personas, preferences and behaviors.

Design

• Designing promotional posts and graphics for social media.
• Know how to use design tools like Photoshop, Corel Draw, Figma, Canva.
• Understand the concepts of UX and design workflows

Testing

• Perform AB testing on different versions and releases of the application.
• File and report bugs.
• Strong command over written English. Replying to customer emails and for email marketing.
• Aiding the application developers with administrative, content creation, logging, reporting and design tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail.
• Passionate about technology
• Experienced user on both iOS and Android platform.
