We have urgent requirement for Office Assistant – Male
Education:
- 10th / 12th/ Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed
- Managing files and performing other general office clerk duties
- Delivers and serves lunch, tea, water and other snacks to staff and visitors as per their requirements
- Courier supervision, security supervision
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Setting and operating various types of office machines
- Receiving the requisitions and executing orders such as printing, duplicating, etc.
- Keeping the record of stock and machinery
- Basic System Knowledge
