Job Description
- Keep track of Daily turnout of Manpower and Material handling equipment for effective distribution & utilization.
- Implementing JSA and STA in warehouse and Yards.
- Safe unloading / loading & destuffing/ Stuffing of material at yard. Providing receipt acknowledgement on MRR / LR.
- Maintenance of receipt register at yard.
- Quantity check & preparation of receipt summary for IR preparation.
- Reporting for transit damage in receipt summary. Proper placement of material using required dunnage at designated location as per the given storage plan at GRN stage.
- Issue of materials on approved mins to authorised representatives of lifting contractors. Maintenance of Issue register at yard.
- Ensuring proper upkeeping of yard. Scrap disposal to scrap yard.
- Preservation of stored material from any unintended damage.
- Time to time consolidation of materials for easy retrival. Ensuring safe movement of material handling equipments at yards.
- Maintaining daily log sheet for material handling equipments.
- Packing of materials and document preparation for despatch to other locations.
- Generating & authorising Gate pass for Inter site and Intra site material movement from Warehouse & Yards.
