To ensure our new joiners across India Operations have an amazing joining and integration experience, we are building a New Joiner Center of Excellence. This team will specialize in managing the New joiner Integration, Engagement and Retention in year 1 of their joining. While doing so, the team will strive to create a “WOW” experience for our New joiners. This role of the People Advisor Associate Manager – New Joiner COE has been thoughtfully crafted to meet the highlighted objectives. The key measures of success of this role are:

This role desires intellectual vigor and curiosity partnered with agility rich execution, that brings predictability and reliance in day-to-day operations. We are scouting for a Field HR expert who can help us shape this New COE while demonstrating -

c. Agile Execution
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities would be to:
• Lead a team of 1-2 team members, and
• Research and define what a WOW experience means for our New joiners.
• Relook at existing processes, practices and enablers on New joiner Integration and re-design with the intent to improve and enhance New joiner experience significantly. Partner with our recruitment teams, learning teams, location HR and business teams to ideate, design and execute.
• Partner with Center business leads to design, execute and track Integration plans and ensure rigor and consistency.
• Enhance connectedness with new joiners with the objective of increasing engagement and retention.
Qualification:
Postgraduate Human Resources Degree or related experience.
