Position Summary & Objectives

• Able to analyze data independently and draw out salient insights
• Should be able write flawless codes and setup process independently without guidance
• Able to define workflow and timelines for oneself and Associates on a daily or periodic basis, contingent on the requirements of the project
• Comfortable with statistical procedures, such as basic distributions, regressions, logistic models
• Experience with advanced statistics and Machine Learning algorithms
• Lead and contribute hands-on in multiple cross-functional projects, at any given time, using advanced analytics practices to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise a team of Analysts and Data Scientists
• Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business develop plans for the same

Qualifications and Functional Competencies

• 5-7 years of experience in Analytics preferably in Retail, Ecom or digital marketing domain
• 3 years of team management and stakeholder management
• Substantial hands-on experience with data handling
• Capable of managing large volumes of data, extract, clean and comprehend
• Technical Capabilities:
• SQL
• Excel
• Statistical Packages R and/or Python for Data manipulation, automation and machine learning
• Tableau/Power BI Dashboarding
• Azure knowledge is an added advantage
