• CTC Range: 2.50L to 4.50L (No bar for right candidate).
• Work Location: PAN INDIA (Free to recruit and sale all India).
• Education : Graduation/Post Graduation(Any Stream)
• Experience: Minimum 2years( Insurance),Minimum 4yrs(other Sales)
• Personality: Good family background, disciplined, .
• Age: Should be minimum 24 and maximum 45 no bar
• Other: Married and having own vehicle and smart phone.
• Language Known: Hindi/English with clear pronunciation.

• Job Profile: Recruit Advisors/Agents/Financial Partners form own reference or through activities.
• Provide training on customer handling, sales pitch on product.
• Develop advisors/Financial partners for their promotions.
• Groom advisors/Financial partners on their personality.
• Provide leadership and management training to financial Partners.
• Maintaining team productivity and achieving team, individual targets.
• Educating the prospect on our and competition products.
• Joint fieldwork and marketing activities with advisors/agents/HPs/JSO.
