• Primary role of the Customer Service Representative is supporting our account’s customer base

and to handle a high volume of mails and calls in a professional and courteous manner. Mails and
Calls come from a variety of sources and customers from across India.

Skill Requirement

• Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal in English with both internal and

external customers

• Ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Fresher

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
