- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : Must have 10-15 years of experience in managing a team of following functions:- Data analysis of various banking functions such as Lendings, by creating projects, objects, profiling data, and identifying anomalies Tracking and monitoring of insider trading during blackout period Statistical data analysis with R Form Data Modeling Data Audit CERSAI as a regulatory requirement Big data Data Warehouse Tracking and lifecycle of sales management
- Technical Experience : Must have 10-15 years of managing IT support team of following application Informatica Analyst Tool, Microsoft Revo R SAS Scoring Accelerator,Sales Force Tracker PL/SQL, Java Should have exposure of managing third parties/vendors and a team of 40 FTEs Should have expertise in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Should have exposure of managing changes, project schedule, project costs using appropriate techniques Should have exposure in measuring project performance
- Professional Attributes : oStrong analytical and interpersonal skills oAbility to work with discipline in 24 x 7 x 365 working environment oShould be available to work/operate from client location/office ie Mumbai Proactive Risk Management to minimize potential risks relationship management with client
- Educational Qualification : Must be from Bank IT support Academic- As per Accenture policy
