Job Description
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Candidate must have 3+ years of Hands-on experience in Hadoop Ecosystem (Spark, Scala, Hive, PIG )
- Python 3.x experience in Python and common python libraries or experience in shell scripting or work experience in Java
Must-Have :
Strong Experience in Spark and Scala/Java/Python
Experience in Bigdata components like Hive, HDFS, Scoop etc.
Hadoop, Tomcat 8, Maven, Jenkins, SVN, GIT, Postman/Newman, RESTful Services, Containers
Proven hands-on Software Development experience
Proven working experience in Scala development
Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Profound insight of Objected Oriented Concepts (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Experience in AWS and Docker Containerization
Experience with test-driven development
Good-to-Have :
Work experience in OOZIE , Scoop, Airflow, Kafka, nifi, experience with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins build and continuous integration tools.
