About the Client :Our client is an Irish-domiciled multinational company that provides consulting and processing services.Job Role:- To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
Note: Candidate Should be residing within 30 kms from Airoli.
Requirements. Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER)- .Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC graduates please do not apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.
- Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and powerpoint)
- .Freshers (2018-2020 ) passout required
- Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
- Should have all marksheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, aadhar card, pan card.
- To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
