Senior Manager II ( LM- Flipkart Health+)
What you'll do:
. Implement efficient processes and standards
. Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
. Ensure compliance with local laws
. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions
. Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
What you'll need
. Educational background -MBA with 7+ years of experience.
. Strong understanding of technology and business
. Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion .
. Highly analytical and detail-oriented .
. Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category .
. Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
. Proven people leadership skills . Must be willing to learn .
