Responsibilities
•Daily processing of calls received calls within assigned turnaround time
• Awareness of the client’s business, operational activities, and processes
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems
• Accountable for the completion of various activities
• Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control
Skills
• Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English and Hindi for organizational interaction
• Good listening and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work in rotational shift and offs
Qualifications Education:
PU/Any graduate from Govt. recognized universities, freshers acceptable
