Job Description

Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & Gujarati)
Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time
Free work environment. Should be a team player and enjoy the work
Required Candidate profile
. Candidates should be very fluent in Speaking English and Bengali / Punjabi.
Command over Language with good understanding skills is required.
Good Communication Skills is required.
Candidate should be a good listener.
Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling.
Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
