Job Description
Provide healthcare domain specific business inputs for refining criteria to enhance query development process.
Interact with client for requirement gathering
Ensure timely delivery within agreed service levels around Productivity, Quality And TAT.
Review query output from technical team for compliance with the requirement, data consistency and accuracy
Prepare process documents and training materials
Experience in SQL is a plus
Good communication
Ability to work independently and as a team
Follow process and emails
Good learner and ability to think through the process
Self-motivated
Should work in night shifts
