Job Description
A Branch Manager performs every responsibilities of its concern branch and supervises all areas of operations. The desirable candidate should have hands on approach and shall be committed to expand and success of the business by implementing strategies to ensure sales strategy achievements.
Responsibilities:
A) To manage all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, Human Resource, Administration and Sales.
B) To develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to fulfil goals and metrics.
C) Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
D) To focus on areas of business improvement to meet revenue growth.
E) Adhere to high ethical standards and to comply with all regulations and laws.
Experience:
A proven Administrative experience of 10 years as a Branch Head. Remuneration – 35,000 to 50,000 per month.
