We are looking for a \r\nrock star candidate to join us to crack the next big puzzle of the \r\nretail value chain in India ecosystem with the help of technology. What \r\nyou'll do: Senior Brand Manager - Electronics Private Brands . The role \r\nrequires to drive development, growth & day to day operations for \r\nthe assigned portfolio. This will include: . Product Development: Be the\r\n voice of the consumer, be on top of Industry & Market Knowledge \r\n& consumer understanding (on & outside Flipkart) of what \r\ncustomers buy and why. Develop products in alignment with Flipkart \r\ncategory & consumer needs . Range development: Expand categories \r\nbasis selection requirement . Product Communication: Create consumer \r\ncentric catalogue that helps improve conversion. Also develop product \r\npackaging & related communication. Plan & deliver on \r\ngrowth(Volume, Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams. . Work \r\nwith the central & category teams to drive discovery, traffic & \r\nconversion. Ensure active participation in all relevant events across \r\nthe platform. Work in close alignment with Business Finance to manage \r\nportfolio pricing & P&L. . Inventory Management: Work closely \r\nwith category & sourcing teams to ensure stock availability. . \r\nQuality: Own the quality scores (Ratings, reviews & return). Work \r\nclosely with Quality to take regular consumer feedback & improve \r\nscores. . After Sales: Work closely with after sale & service team \r\nto ensure smooth consumer experience - pre, during & post purchase \r\nWhat you'll need: . MBA from Tier1 institute with 6-7 years of \r\nexperience in Brand Management, New Product Development, Project \r\nManagement . Desire and ability to think like the customer . Ability to \r\nbuild strategy & drive execution plans and take them to completion .\r\n Highly analytical. Willing to take calculated risks to grow the \r\ncategory . Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal\r\n skills . Strong understanding of technology and business -Ability to \r\nmanage a large Team & drive performance across all productivity \r\nmetrics . -Good with reporting structures metrics to be measured . \r\n-Strong analytical skills with ability to strategize the state level \r\nbusiness . -Stakeholder Management and people management skills . \r\n-Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding team player . \r\n-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment . -Ability to \r\nprioritize and handle multiple simultaneous tasks . -Should be well \r\nconversant with MS Office
