The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficient and effective processes, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the business
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective processes
• Support the sales team by providing data and insights to drive revenue growth
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in business administration or operations management, preferably in the medical equipment industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
