We are currently seeking 2+ years of experienced and an self-motivated business analyst with strong implementation and project management skills. Candidate will work closely with technical project teams and partner teams to implement enterprise software with customer’s enterprise.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Focus is on successfully managing the project scope, schedule, cost.
2. Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are.
3. Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques.
4. Communicate with senior people in organizations to help achieve the project objectives.
5. Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements.
6. Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs.
7. Driving and challenging the presumptions of business units on how will they successfully execute their plans.
8. Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills.
9. Establishing the technical vision and analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs by teaming up with developers and subject matter experts.
10. Liaising between technology teams, support teams and business units.
11. Using standard templates and natural language to develop requirement specifications.
12. Serving as a channel between the internal-external customers and the software development team through which requirements flow.
13. Communicating and collaborating Proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs as and when required.
14. Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle.
15. Analyzing information from surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description.
16. Conferring with project managers to define concepts and using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems.

1. Must possess strong customer service skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication.
3. Must have good negotiation skills.
4. Must be able to create good presentations.
5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Must be detail oriented and an active listener
7. Ability to work under pressure.
